Skolasup takes the protection of your personal data seriously, in accordance with Cameroon's personal data protection legislation and international best practices (GDPR). This policy explains what data we collect, why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are.
When you send an information request to an institution, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, current education level and, where applicable, the program you are interested in and your message. We also record your IP address for fraud prevention and abuse limiting (anti-spam).
Your data is used solely to handle your guidance request: forwarding your request to the relevant institution, letting you track its progress, and sending you communications related to your request. Your IP address is used only for platform security.
The information in your request is shared with the educational institution you chose to contact, so that it can respond to you. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your guidance, then archived or anonymized. You can request its deletion at any time.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data. You can also delete your account at any time from your settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
